Photos RVA Moy Yat Kung Fu anniversary training, part 1

Here are some photos from Thursday and Friday training. On Friday, training began at 10am, and some of these guys were still training at 2 am. A person gets a lot from a one hour Ving Tsun workout - you get more than ten times as much by training ten times as long. In Moy Tung Kung Fu schools, beginners are allowed to try and do this much training, but beginners are advised that you need to build up to these marathon training sessions - you need to develop a kung fu foundation in order to do it.
